Police Officer Thomas "Tommy" Decker was shot and killed in the line of duty late last Thursday night in Cold Spring. The City of Richmond & Richmond Civic & Commerece donated this granite Reflection Stone to the Police Department of Cold Spring. We owe our complete thanks and graditude to "Tommy" and all the men and women who serve and protect us. They have an extraordinary responsibility. We think the Oath they take which is shown on the plaque said it all. We can never repay the debt we owe, "Tommy" and others who lose their lives serving us. Tommy your spirit will live on in the lives of your family, friends and your community.
