Pre-cast Floors installed @ New ROCORI Middle School

Here's another update on the New Middle School construction project in Cold Spring, Minnesota.  In this story we get to see the pre-cast floors being installed in the science wing of the new Middle school.  Our tour guides Ken and Don also are standing in front of the gym trusses/ bar joists that will be installed in the coming week connecting the walls of the new gym and providing a framework for the gym roof.

Old Glory Run 2010: Meet John Swanson

Meet John Swanson, the disabled veteran who inspired the creation of the Old Glory Run. This is the third annual event and the third time we have the chance to interview John and his participation in the event. John lost is leg in service to his country and has been struggling to find a artificial leg combination that will work for him.

Vern Humbert *** OBITUARY

Age 82

Cold Spring

June 2, 1927 – May 28, 2010

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in cold Spring, MN for Vern Humbert, age 82, who died Friday at the Assumption Nursing Home.  Entombment will be in the St. Boniface Parish Cemetery.

Relatives and Friends may call from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Wednesday morning in the Narthex of the St. Boniface Church.  Arrangements were entrusted with the Wenner Funeral Home, Cold Spring.
