ROCORI Spartans Sports Preview- Boys Track

The Boys track team at ROCORI has seen record numbers in participation this year, and head coach Lance Johnson hopes those numbers will eventually translate into success. With almost twice as many students this year as he had last year, he feels that the team will be much more balanced. They will also be able to earn more points in all of the events because athletes can focus more on their strengths instead of being forced to participate in many, if not all of the events. In this story Coach Johnson will give us a preview to the 2009 season as well as tell us some of the many reasons why track is a great sport to participate in.
