In this version of the ROCORI City Update, you'll hear from our city administrators from Cold Spring and Richmond. Larry Lahr discusses an important meeting that you'll want to put on your calendars. Wednesday April 29, there will be a meeting at City Hall at 7p.m. to discuss Tax Increment Financing (TIF) for a new downtown construction project. Again, this meeting is open to the public and the city council encourages anybody that might want to share their opinions on the issue to come. Or, if you just want to learn more information about the project you are also welcome to be a part of this meeting.
Richmond City Administrator Dan Coughlin wants to remind us that dog licenses are due May 1. It is important to register your dogs on time so that you don't end up having to pay any penalties for late or non-registration of your dog. Also, Richmond will be holding their first community cleanup on May 2 from 8 a.m until noon. Richmond will be holding a second community cleanup day on May 13 for all hazardous waste. If you have any questions about what you can and cannot drop off on May 2, feel free to call City Hall at 320 597-2075. Have a great week and stay tuned to DigElog ROCORI for more updates.
