Last Thursday the ROCORI Spartans hosted their annual cross-country meet in Cold Spring, MN. It was the first time in recent memory that the Spartans were able to get some good weather for their home event. Watch this story, see the highlights, and get a chance to hear Coach Chuck Griffith's update on the team's performance and their progress so far this year.

High School graduating in 1992. During high school she was active in

Although I was surprised to see the Varsity Boys highlights and it looks like from the angle that you guys took that, I didn't see Drew Paradis from Alexandria bolt out ahead like a rocket. Haha. Instead, he must have got caught in the middle (Maybe), but still managed to get out of the pack in a hurry. And from what I recall watching that Race at the end, he must have cleared Emmanuel Modi from St. Cloud Tech by nearly a minute!!! :O
