Here's a glimpse of all the fun that took place at FIREFEST 2008, a part of the Cold Spring Hometown Pride Days celebration on Friday and Saturday, July 25th and 26th.  A Cold Spring Fire Department fund raising concert was held at the Cold Spring Brewing Company Distribution Center.  The concert featured Shane Wyatt and Joe Nichols.  Funds raised during the concert will go toward a new fire truck for the local department.  A special feature of this story includes a unique attraction at the concert where a man was flying around the grounds with a jet propulsion backpack.
