As summer winds down, and we kick into our fall schedules, DigElog ROCORI takes one last look at the community festival held in Rockville, Cowtacular Days. In this story you’ll see the kickoff to Cowtacular Days, the pageant. Six young ladies and one young man participated in this years pageant. Here, we feature the crowning ceremony where a prince, junior princess, princess, and of course Miss Rockville are crowned.
