The Hometown Pride Days Pancake Breakfast was once again held this year, sponsored by the Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce.  This is the second year in a row that the breakfast was held at St. Boniface Parish Center.  The breakfast is offered free to the public with the intent that most folks will make a free will offering toward an annual project promoted by the chamber.  This year all of the proceeds collected during the breakfast will be donated to purchasing new banners to line the city downtown streetscape.  This year's Pancake Breakfast was co-chaired by Bob Gerads of Central Minnesota Federal Credit Union and John Frischmann with GLT Architects.
