It was a great way for ROCORI to open its 2007-08 home basketball season. The Spartans took on The St. Cloud Apollo Eagles and it was a very competitive game throughout. In the first half the boys in black struggled to get their offense rolling but the defense would shut down the Eagles. At the end of the first half ROCORI would enjoy a small three point lead.
Second Half

In the second half the Spartans, led by Senior forward Sam Feldhage, took a commanding lead and didn't look back. They would eventually go on to win and pick up a huge conference edge early on in the season.
