It’s time once again for the ROCORI Spartans to don their pads and helmets in preparation for the upcoming football season.  In this story Coach Rick Theisen gives us a personal interview and provides a behind the scenes look at the this years team. 

There's a new look in the Spartans offensive backfield with new starting Quarterback, Adam Meyer.

The offensive line will also include new personnel along with key returning starters Wide Receiver Zach Bork, Offensive Lineman Travis Hansen, Wide Receiver Brian Hansen, and Fullback Cory Crosby.

What is Football?

It’s a wild & wonderful combination if intelligence, speed, agility and strength – with a large dose of adrenaline thrown in!  Legendary NFL coach, Chuck Noll said football “is a geometric explosion of variables”.  For those who have played the game, hard work, teamwork, pride and friendships also come to mind.
