The ROCORI area is home to one of the largest granite producers in the world, Cold Spring Granite. This story tells about a piece of Cold Spring produced granite that became a work of art earlier this summer. Artist George Kurjanowicz tells how he converted this 3 X 3 X 5 foot piece of granite into a work of art. This sculpture was on display at the second annual Granite Festival that took place at the Stearns History Museum in mid August.
