Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 1, 2007 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring, MN for Clifford H. Kramer, age 98, who died Monday at the Assumption Nursing home surrounded by his loving family. Burial will be in the St. Anthony parish cemetery in Watkins.
Relatives and friends may call from 9:30 ñ 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Narthex of St. Boniface Church in Cold Spring.
Cliff was born in Watkins, MN to Bernard and Anna (Turck) Kramer. He married Helen Salzer on October 25, 1939 in St. Anthony Catholic Church, Watkins, MN. Cliff and Helen were the caretakers of three of their parents until their deaths. He was a life long farmer who also was a can-milk truck driver, ice harvester, cheese plant worker and tobacco grower. He enjoyed his family and friends, telling stories, gardening, fishing, praying the rosary and attending daily mass. Cliff will be remembered for his great sense of humor! He was a member of St. Boniface Parish, Catholic Aid Association and 40 year member of St. Anthony Parish in Watkins.
Survivors include his children, Helen Perrault of Minneapolis, Mary (Bob) Tischner of Becker, Mike ìLittle Devilî (Audre) of Watkins and Rose (Jim) Fleischhacker of St. Cloud; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
He ís preceded in death by his wife, Helen (2004); parents; son-in-law, Vern Perrault and grandson, David Tischner.
