Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2006 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Richmond, MN for Veronica F. Braegelmann, age 91, who died Wednesday at the Assumption Nursing Home in Cold Spring.  Burial will be in parish cemetery.

Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Sunday and from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Monday morning at the Wenner Funeral Home in Cold Spring.  Parish prayers will be at 4:00 p.m. followed by the Golden Smiles and Catholic Aid Association Sunday evening.

Veronica was born in Richmond, MN to Henry C. and Frances (Spanier) Braegelmann.  She was a waitress until her retirement.  Veronica moved to the Rich Haven Apartments in Richmond in 1999.  She enjoyed embroidering and quilting.  Veronica was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Parish, Catholic Aid Association and the Golden Smiles.

Survivors include her sisters, Clara Gruidl of Minneapolis, Rose (Al) Schaefer of Paynesville, Loretta Steil of Champlin and Marian Molitor of Eden Valley; brother, Alfred (Dolores) of Richmond; 53 nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Alphonse, Herbert, Raymond, Edmund, and Isadore; sister Elizabeth Erkens.
