Returns and Warranty
Each service comes with a one year warranty on the part that was replaced. If the repaired iPhone part is faulty because of a manufacturer defect, not wear and tear, then contact us and we will establish a solution for your problem. All devices will be tested after repair before being sent back to you. If the damage to your Apple device has not already voided your Apple warranty, you understand and accept that our repairs to your Apple device will invalidate the Apple warranty for that device.
Shipping
The recommended shipping is through Spee-Dee Delivery Service Inc. Orders are expected to be delivered next day, but from some areas or situations it may be a two day service. Insurance is automatically applied to all shipments going through Spee-Dee Delivery Service Inc. Other shipping orders must be requested through a form that is available through the shipping options page after selecting a service. Our entire turn-around service is 4-5 days with this option.
Payment Options
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, an American Express. We will not accept any other form of payment. Your billing information will be secure and protected from theft identity through our security network.
