In their final regular season game of the 2008 season, the ROCORI Spartans hosted the Bemidji Lumberjacks. Fresh off of a gritty comeback win against Willmar, the Spartans looked to get on a roll as they headed into the playoffs. Nick Schneider and the offense would supply plenty of points, and they would also control the clock as the team pounded the ball on the ground, cruising to an easy victory. SECOND HALF

The Spartans opened up the second half leading by two touchdowns, and they would continue to run the ball efficiently. They would score on their first drive of the second half. The defense would also play strong as Alex Salstrand came up with his second fumble recovery of the game. ROCORI played an excellent all around team game, and the Spartans went on to win 41-21.
