We certify that your Reflection Stone is made of sound granite, true in natural color and composition. It is understood that granite is a natural material where color and graining will vary naturally.
We guarantee the granite in your Reflection Stone will not fade, crack or disintegrate in any respect from exposure to the elements of nature, excluding lightning, fire, accidents or vandalism. We further guarantee to replace, to the purchaser of the Reflection Stone any granite parts that may develop any defects as indicated herein.

After your custom Reflection Stones Plaque information has been submitted to a layout specialist. If they have any questions about the information you provide they will contact you via email or by phone. The layout specialist will then take your information and begin designing your Reflection Stone.
Once your design is completed, you will then receive what is called a "Layout Proof" (see example above) for your approval. If there are changes needed, you will be asked to relate those changes via email, phone or by fax back to your personal Reflection Stone design specialist.
Once you are completely satisfied with your Reflection Stones Proof, you will be given a link to follow that will allow you to complete your purchase. Upon successful completion of this process, your custom hand crafted Reflection Stone will be entered into production. Your Reflection Stone will be manufactured and shipped to within 7 to 10 days.
Expedited services such as next day or second day air are available for an additional fee.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT SUMMARY:
- Choose your Reflection Stones Size & Color
- Fill out and submit your Reflection Stones Custom design information form.
- In a couple of days you will be contacted by your personal Reflection Stone design specialist if they have any questions about your request.
- You will be sent a "Layout Proof" that has been custom designed for you.
- You either approve or suggest changes to the "Layout Proof"
- Once your custom design meets your satisfaction, you will be emailed a custom link that will allow you to complete your order by entering your credit card information.
- After your order is completed, your custom Reflection Stone will be manufactured and shipped to you usually within 7-10 days.
Your credit card transaction will be conducted through a totally certified and secure server system.
Refund and Return Policy
Because of the thorough and complete process of approval you will experience before purchasing your totally custom and unique natural granite plaque, returns rarely occur and there are no refunds. As stated previously, we guarantee your natural granite will not fade, crack or disintegrate in any respect from exposure to the elements of nature, excluding lightning, fire, accidents or vandalism. We will replace any granite parts that develop defects. We replace and do not refund custom Reflection Stone granite plaques.
Any customer desiring a plaque replacement is required to return the product to MURPHY GRANITE CARVING, 320 MAPLE AVE SE, RICHMOND, MN 56368 with a letter explaining why the plaque is being returned and where the natural granite has failed. Include all contact information and the location you would like the newly manufactured plaque sent to. The customer will be responsible for shipment costs of the original plaque to Murphy Granite and for shipment fees of the newly manufactured plaque back to the customer.
