In this version of the ROCORI City Update, Larry Lahr fills us in on some 2009 Fire-fest details. This is the second year that the Cold Spring Brewery will host the event at the Distribution Center just north of ROCORI High School. Once again the proceeds will go to the Cold Spring Fire Department.
Dan Coughlin would like to remind the citizens of Richmond that the city is carrying out some major construction projects. Please be patient as well as careful when you are traveling through Richmond. Also, if you have children in the area please be mindful that there are some dangerous areas in town, and even though the construction workers do their best to keep themselves and others safe, it is ultimately our responsibility to make sure we are out of their way. This weekend is also Richmond River Lake Days. Be sure to come on out to Richmond and catch all of the festivities.
