This is a excerpt from a weekly update video Representative Larry Hosch produces while the State Legislature is in session.  In this 4 min. video, Hosch gives a good explanation as to how the Federal Stimulus package, recently passed in Washington DC, can be used in Minnesota.  He talks about how the Federal monies can be used to support health care.  The Federal Stimulus package is very specific about how and where the money can be used.  We can't just apply it to offset the 5 billion dollar budget deficit we already have in the state.
