Now that the operational levy passed in the ROCORI school district,
there is still plenty of work to be done. Most ROCORI residents are aware that the middle school is an old building and there are various
opinions out there as to what, if anything should be done to improve
the building.
A task force committee is being organized to work on a proposal to decide what to do with the current middle school. Preston Euerle, from R.A. Morton Construction, is currently commissioned to assist the task force in coming up with recommendations for the School Board. This story is a two-part segment that includes footage from a community listening session and a tour of the ROCORI Middle School given by Principal Cheryl Schmidt combined with an interview with project consultant Preston Euerle.
