The January Cold Spring Chamber Noon Luncheon meeting was held on January 11th at the Cold Spring Granite Company office downtown Cold Spring.  The program featured two local businesses.   First, we look at Guggenburger Appraisal and we see a familiar face in the Cold Spring area. Brian Guggenburger informs us about the very interesting career of appraising and what it takes to get into the business.

In the second part of the Cold Spring Chamber luncheon we learn more about the world of mortgages and deeds. Melanie Walz, who works for  Tri-County Abstract informs us on different situations that she is faced with when researching abstracts. She begins with the story of how she joined Tri-County Abstract and how the Cold Spring office was established.
